Scoping & proposal
Days 2–4We write a detailed scope document: user stories, technical architecture, milestone breakdown, and a fixed-price proposal. You'll know exactly what you're getting, when you're getting it, and what it costs.
Design & architecture
Weeks 1–2Wireframes in Figma, database schema, API contracts, and infrastructure design. We validate the design with you before writing a line of production code - catching misalignments early is 10x cheaper.
Build in 2-week sprints
OngoingWe ship in focused 2-week sprints. At the end of each sprint you get a live demo, a written update, and the chance to redirect. No surprises. No 6-month blackout periods before you see anything.
Launch & go-live
Final sprintProduction deployment, App Store / Play Store submission, DNS cutover, monitoring setup, and a full handover document. We don't just click 'deploy' and leave - we watch launch day with you.
Post-launch partnership
Ongoing30-day warranty covers all bugs in delivered code at no charge. After that, we offer support retainers for ongoing maintenance, feature additions, and scaling. Most clients stay with us for years.
